Centrifugal degreaser, also known as metal chip degreaser, metal degreaser, or iron chip degreaser. This device uses a longitudinal slit type SUS wedge screen to prevent clogging caused by chips and waste. In addition, it can correspond to the usually unstable supply of chips, and automatically correspond through the dynamic balance function. At the same time, to ensure that the chips supplied from the upper hopper are discharged from the bottom outlet, it can operate continuously. It is a fully automatic chip and oil removal equipment with the characteristics of large processing capacity and high oil removal rate. Centrifugal degreaser is mainly suitable for the production of chips and lumps containing chip oil during mechanical processing, usually iron chips, aluminum chips, and steel chips.

Below, the editor will briefly introduce several types of matching iron chip degreasers, as follows:

1. Centralized processing of iron filings, aluminum filings, and copper filings processed by all machine tools are manually collected into one piece for spin drying and oil removal. The supporting situation is generally the metal oil storage tank of the chip conveying device.

2. The iron chip degreaser is directly placed under the chip conveyor of the machine tool, so that the chips discharged by the chip conveyor can be dried and degreased. The ejected chip oil can be reused in the machine tool oil tank through a hose (or filtered by a filtering device).
