Precise Ingredients、quality control、automation、cost saving、Reduce waste、improve efficiencyThe seemingly small and cute material tank weighing sensor is a crucial and irreplaceable presence in the vast modern industrial production.
Question one
What is the temperature range of the weighing sensor? What insulation measures can be taken under high temperature conditions?
In the sensor data sheet, 'temperature range used' refers to the temperature range within which the sensor is usedambient temperature, rather than the temperature of the material inside the tank or the temperature of the tank body. Taking the Yintaike PR series sensors as an example, the temperature range is-40 ℃ to 95 ℃Between them, the temperature range of the high-temperature sensor can even reach180℃.
The following insulation measures can be taken for the weighing system of the material tank: for heat conduction, additional insulation measures can be added between the support ears or legs and the installation plateheat insulation padFor thermal radiation, a partition plate can be added between the sensor and the thermal radiation source.

Question Two
What are the range, load limit, and safety limit of sensors?
sensorrangeThe maximum weighing capacity of the sensor at the time of factory design, within which the sensor can ensure good linear output.
Load limit, also known as the safe load limit, is the maximum limit that will not cause irreversible damage.
Safety limitAlso known as destructive load, it refers to the maximum limit that may cause mechanical damage to the sensor. When the limit is exceeded, the elastic body inside the sensor may be crushed and unable to recover its elasticity.

Problem Three
How should the layout and quantity of sensors be arranged?
From various factors, the sensor'sThe smaller the quantity, the better. Not only does it save procurement costs, but it also has higher accuracy and simpler installation. If there are more than three support points for the sensor, the horizontal requirements for the foundation will be higher.
In terms of sensor layout, circular containers should be used as much as possibleuniform distributionMake the sensors evenly stressed and avoid any sensors hanging in the air. It is recommended to use 4 pivot points for weighing square containers. If 3 pivot points are used, calculations need to be made to ensure that each pivot point is evenly stressed.

Question Four
How to reduce the impact of external factors on sensor accuracy when encountering vibration environments?
To achieve precise weighing in a vibrating environment, it is important to ensure the accuracy of the sensorelastomerThe requirements will be higher, which meanshigherOverload protection, safe load limit, and fatigue strength.
Recommended to useCurved surface designThe sensor pressure head has a self resetting function. If there is excessive vibration, it is recommended to chooseHorizontal pull rodThe installation kit designed can effectively increase the stability of the sensor. You can also choose to add between the installation kit and the ear supportElastic shock-absorbing rubber pad.
