Roll squeezing granulatorIt is a key equipment for compound fertilizer granulation, with technology, reasonable design, compact structure, novelty and practicality, low energy consumption, and can be matched with corresponding equipment to form a small-scale production line, which can form a continuous and mechanized production capacity.
Below is a brief introduction on how to install and debug a roller extrusion granulator, as follows:
install
1. Axial alignment: It has already been adjusted during installation, and the possibility of adjustment is generally not high. When adjustment is needed, tighten or loosen the covers on both sides of the passive bearing seat to push the displacement of the eccentric sleeve to correspond with the active shaft roller.
2. Circumferential Alignment: The steps for circumferential alignment are as follows: Loosen the six continuous screw bolts of the passive gear and the adjustment sleeve to slightly disengage the adjustment and passive gear. Since a ball and socket adjustment amount has been tested during design and two adjustment bolts are provided, the misalignment can be adjusted no matter how much it is misaligned.
3. Due to the small size of the ball socket, a cardboard board is placed between the two rollers during adjustment. After rolling, each project requires a process, and organic fertilizer equipment is also installed step by step, so there are inevitably some steps that must be taken.
debug
1. Adjustment of roller gap
Sometimes in production, it is necessary to increase the output or bite angle. In this case, the distance between the two can be increased. The distance between the active shaft roller and the passive shaft can be increased. The steps are as follows: stop the machine, remove the two end covers of the passive shaft, and rotate the two eccentric sleeves inside in the same direction, one position at a time. The rollers should not collide with each other and should be kept between 0.3-1mm.
2. Alignment adjustment of ball socket
The ball and socket are formed by the concave grooves on the main and passive roller surfaces, thus there are issues with axial and circumferential alignment;
