Preparation before installing the powder screening machine: Before installing the new vibrating screen equipment, it should be carefully inspected. Due to the long storage time of finished products, such as rusted bearings, aging seals, or damage during transportation, new parts need to be replaced when encountering these problems. Also, for vibration exciters, rust proof oil is injected before leaving the factory and should be replaced with lubricating oil before being put into operation. Before installation, it is necessary to carefully read the instruction manual and make sufficient preparations.

(1) Install support or hanging devices. When installing, the foundation should be leveled, and then the components should be installed in sequence according to the component diagram of the supporting or hanging device and the installation diagram of the sieve. Before installing the spring, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.

(2) Connect the sieve box to the support or hanging device. After installation, the inclination angle should be adjusted according to the regulations. For suspended sieves, the inclination angle of the sieve box and the horizontal axis of the sieve box should be adjusted simultaneously. Generally, horizontal adjustment is carried out to eliminate the deviation of the sieve box. After horizontal correction, adjust the longitudinal inclination angle of the sieve box. The force on the isolation spring should be uniform, and its force situation can be determined by measuring the compression of the spring. Generally, the compression amount of the two sets of springs at the feeding end must be the same, and the same should be true for the two sets of springs at the discharging end. The compression amount of the spring at the discharge end and the feeding end may differ.
