A power switch should be installed outside the control box of the centrifuge in the solid control equipment, and the control button of the centrifuge should not be used as a power switch. The inclination angle of the centrifuge overflow pipe should be greater than 45 ', and the inclination angle of the bottom flow channel should be greater than 600.

Check the oil level of the hydraulic coupling of the centrifuge every 10011 runs. If it is lower than the oil level mark, add No. 20 or No. 30 turbine oil in a timely manner to replenish it; When checking the tension of the belt every 10011 runs, it is not allowed for the belt to run without a protective cover; When lubricating grease is added to the drum bearings and supply pump bearings every 1211 operation, and lubricating grease is added to the conveyor bearings every 100 hours of use, each time until the discharge port overflows.
