Zhangjiagang Chuangcheng CSJ vertical coarse crusher adopts a horizontal or vertical crushing structure, and achieves material crushing through the impact shearing of rotating and fixed knives. It is suitable for efficient coarse crushing processing in industries such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals. This device has the characteristics of compact structure and convenient operation, but may encounter the following common problems during use, which need to be dealt with in a timely manner to ensure normal operation.
•Vibration or noise caused by unstable machine base
Loose anchor bolts or misaligned spindle systems can cause severe equipment vibration, affecting crushing efficiency. The solution includes reinforcing the machine base, tightening the anchor bolts, adjusting the spindle system to a concentric state, and replacing worn parts if necessary.
•The crushing productivity is too low
When the material humidity is high, the block size is too large, or the hammer blade edges are dull, the crushing efficiency significantly decreases. When solving the problem, it is necessary to turn around and use the spare hole of the hammer or replace it with a new hammer, while ensuring that the material is dry and crushed into small pieces to optimize processing.
•Foreign objects entering the crushing chamber causing malfunction
Metal objects or stones stuck in the crushing chamber can cause sudden equipment shutdown or impact noise. Immediately stop the vehicle, cut off the power, and remove any foreign objects; If the sieve or hammer is damaged, repair or replace the relevant parts.
•Lubrication system malfunction and component wear
Long term wear of the spindle suspension device or lining plate may cause increased noise or uneven crushing. Regularly inspect the lubrication system and replace the lubricating oil. If necessary, repair or replace vulnerable parts such as liners to extend the service life of the equipment.
•Motor cannot start or trip
Power phase loss, material overload, or thermal relay failure can cause the motor to stop running. Check if the voltage of the power grid and the pressure of the air compressor are normal (≥ 0.4MPa), and reset the thermal relay; If the motor burns out, replace it with a new one.
Through daily maintenance and timely adjustment, the above problems can be effectively prevented, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
