1、 Preparation before operation

1. Site and equipment inspection

Place the vibrating screen on a level ground, clean the grid and the interior of the engine room, and confirm that the oil levels of the springs, screws, and bearings are in normal condition.

Check the integrity of the screen mesh (no damage) and the tension of the V-belt, and close the air door of the dust collector to prevent dust.

2. Consumables configuration

Select bouncing balls according to screening requirements: 10 with a diameter of 35mm and 5 with a diameter of 30mm, evenly distributed within the grid frame.

Stick sealing tape on the pressure strip, cut and stretch the rubber sealing strip smoothly, ensuring no redundant materials.

2、 Core operating procedures

1. Screen installation

Two people collaborate to horizontally push the processed grid into the cabin and accurately place the U-shaped edge iron.

Insert the sieve into the U-shaped iron slot and tighten it symmetrically with bolts to ensure even and smooth force distribution on the sieve.

2. Parameter adjustment

Amplitude adjustment: Control the angle of the sieve plate through crescent plate screws - the front sieve plate is recommended to be 45 ° (for efficient separation of large impurities), and the rear sieve plate is recommended to be 30 ° (to reduce residual impurities).

Tailboard positioning: Loosen the 4 fixed screws on the tailboard and lower the tailboard height as much as possible without scattering materials, optimizing the efficiency of impurity discharge.

3. Start running

Before turning on the power, confirm that the sieve frames are stacked in ascending order of aperture (the bottom layer is the smallest mesh sieve), and the material is placed on the top sieve frame.

When starting, run the screen without load for 30 seconds, observe that there is no abnormal vibration in the screen body, then open the fan damper and slowly feed the material.

3、 Efficiency enhancing operation skills

1. Hierarchical optimization

Place vibration balls (diameter 5-8mm) between the screening frame layers to enhance material screening rate and prevent mesh blockage.

For sticky materials such as wheat/rice, small mesh plugs are added at the bottom of the sieve to improve impurity separation accuracy.

2. Intelligent control

By setting the running time and vibration frequency through the controller, the PID algorithm automatically maintains amplitude stability.

Using a 0.1mm photoelectric sensor to monitor material flow in real-time and dynamically adjust feeding speed.

4、 Key precautions

1. Safety regulations

• It is strictly prohibited to start with load: before stopping, ensure that all materials in the screen are emptied.

During operation, maintenance is prohibited: Do not touch the screen body or adjust components while the equipment is in operation, and power must be cut off for maintenance.

2. Efficiency maintenance

At the end of each shift, check the screen blockage rate and clean the embedded particles with a soft bristled brush.
