When abnormal faults occur, it may cause errors in the "timing" of each cam (i.e. incorrect timing of each cam's action), and adjustments should be made to ensure that the movements of each mechanism do not interfere. The electric motor runs continuously after being decelerated by the reducer, and the filling turntable undergoes intermittent motion through the indexing box of the turntable station. When it is necessary to adjust the "timing" of each cam (i.e. the timing of each cam action), the handle should be used to rotate the main motor shaft. When the filling turntable reaches a certain station, the filling turntable changes from motion to stop and continues for a period of time. During the period when the filling turntable stops moving, the following should be achieved:
1) The cam used for capsule dispensing on the second workstation should deliver the capsules to the upper module port;
2) The cam used to separate the capsule cap and body using a vacuum separator on the second workstation should rise to the lower plane of the lower module and generate sufficient vacuum in the vacuum system to allow the capsule to be inserted into the module and the cap and body to be separated;
3) The cam used to remove unseparated capsules on the sixth workstation should rise to remove defective capsules;
4) The cam used to lock the filled capsules on the eighth workstation should rise to lock the capsules;
5) The cam used to push out the finished product on the ninth workstation should rise and push out the finished product.
After the interval period, the filling turntable starts to move to the next station. During the movement, it should be ensured that the movements of each mechanism do not interfere. When interference occurs, it should be seen whether the cam action is too early or too late. When the cam action is too early, the fastening screw of the cam should be loosened to reverse the cam. When the cam action is too late, the fastening screw of the cam should be loosened to reverse the cam, so as to achieve that the movements of each mechanism do not interfere. After adjusting the timing of each cam, the main motor shaft should be continuously rotated with a handle to make the filling turntable run for one or two cycles. After confirming that the movements of each mechanism do not interfere, the machine can be powered on and operated.
6) The electrical control system of the machine. There are three operating modes of the machine: jog, automatic, and debugging.
The difference between automatic mode and debugging mode is that when selecting automatic mode, all four side doors of the workbench must be closed before the main motor can be started; When selecting the debugging method, the main motor can also be started when the four side doors of the workbench are open. The main motor is continuously regulated by a frequency converter, and the frequency converter is started and stopped through the normally open contacts of the main contactor to start and stop the main motor.
Capsule filling machineEquipped with an automatic alarm system for missing hollow capsules and drug particles, the alarm will activate to prompt the operator to add materials when hollow capsules or drug particles are missing.
