Precautions for operating the upward rotating screening machine:
During maintenance and cleaning, please cut off the power and confirm that there is no power before proceeding;
Do not directly clean or wipe non-metallic parts with alcohol;
The vibrating body part must not be disassembled at will. When the noise increases and the walking speed significantly decreases, remove the outer cover and tighten the fastening screws of each part. Do not disassemble the plate or adjust the pad at will;
Regularly clean the powder suction tube and corrugated tube to prevent blockage;
The screening machine control system has a high-voltage circuit part, so it is strictly prohibited to touch the internal components of the control system with hands, and it is strictly prohibited to directly spray wash the entire screening machine with water to avoid accidents such as electric shock;
The screening machine should be placed vertically on a horizontal ground for use, and it is prohibited to use it upside down, diagonally, or horizontally;
Regularly check whether the wheels of the mobile workbench are locked, and the machine should not move on its own;
If not in use for a long time, be sure to cut off the power and store it after maintenance;
The grounding terminal of the screening machine must be well grounded and have grounding protection.
