Zhejiang Hope XW8400 tablet intelligent reciprocating double track pillow packaging machine achieves efficient and precise packaging through servo control, reciprocating end sealing and cutting technology, and intelligent operating system, suitable for tablet products with aluminum-plastic packaging film (0.064mm thickness). ‌

Core working principle
• Servo precise positioning: Adopting an eight axis servo control system, real-time positioning color code signals are captured through photoelectric eyes, dynamically compensating for ± 1mm errors caused by material stretching or mechanical transmission, ensuring that the sealing and cutting position deviation is less than 0.5mm
• Reciprocating end sealing technology: The circular end seal rotation trajectory increases the sealing distance by 20-40mm, and adopts a dual wheel heating method to improve the sealing airtightness and quality. ‌
Intelligent operating system: The touch screen simplifies the operation process, supports one click parameter import, shortens the changeover time to 3 minutes, and increases the membrane utilization rate by more than 12%. ‌



Key technology applications
Double heating sealing: The bottom sealing part adopts a single preheating+dual wheel heating mode to adapt to precise temperature control (± 2 ℃) of different materials. ‌
Quick positioning conveyor: By using the escort belt and positioning stop function, it avoids knife sticking loss and can save 30-50 meters of film material per shift. ‌
• Safety design: Transparent safety shields and hygiene requirements that comply with GMP standards ensure the visualization and safety of the production process. ‌
