The structural characteristics of the fully automatic horizontal box packing machine are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1. Modular and standardized design: Adopting standardized and modular structural design, it is easy to quickly replace parts or adjust functions according to different product needs, adapt to various packaging forms such as oil paste paper boxes (aluminum bottles/plastic bottles), flexible packaging, pallets, etc., and can efficiently complete processes such as material transportation, paper box folding (1-4 folds), paper box forming, product loading, batch number stamping, and box sealing.
2. Paper box automatic processing system: By using vacuum suction cups to accurately suction paper boxes, combined with the coordinated action of guide rails and baffles, the paper boxes are automatically opened, formed, and positioned, ensuring that the paper boxes are synchronized with the speed of the conveyor belt in the horizontal direction and stably completing the packing process.
3. Multiple detection and protection devices:
Equipped with a photoelectric monitoring system, it can detect in real time the status of product entering the box, the absence of paper boxes/instructions, and other abnormalities, automatically stop the machine and give an alarm, and display the cause of the fault;
The main transmission system is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent equipment damage;
Automatic rejection function ensures that empty boxes without products or instructions are not sealed.
3. Closed loop linkage control system: based on PLC (programmable logic controller) to achieve intelligent control, automatically display box loading speed, finished product count and fault information, support digital parameter adjustment (such as sealing and cutting position, temperature PID control), and link with bubble wrap packaging machine and other equipment to form a production line.
4. Compact and flexible mechanical structure: The whole machine adopts a compact and lightweight design, which is easy to install and move; The paper box size has a wide range of applications (such as 70-200mm length specifications), and the paper box weight is compatible with 250-400g/m ². The size of the instruction manual can be adaptively adjusted to improve operational convenience.
5. Efficient execution mechanism: Double vacuum suction cups or stepper motion mechanism ensure high-speed and stable box retrieval, with a box loading speed of 30-180 boxes/minute (depending on specifications), and optional functional modules such as date and batch printing and instruction manual insertion.
These structural features collectively ensure the efficiency, stability, and adaptability of the equipment, meeting the automation packaging needs of industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics.
