1、 Daily cleaning and inspection
1. Power off cleaning: After daily shutdown, the power should be cut off to remove dust from the surface and interior of the equipment, with a focus on cleaning areas such as the feeding track and folding mechanism that are prone to residual paper scraps or glue stains.
2. Key component inspection:
Check whether the conveyor belt and pressure roller are worn or off center, and adjust or replace them in a timely manner.
Clean up the residual glue in the adhesive system to avoid drying up and blocking the glue head.
2、 Lubrication and fastening
1. Lubrication of transmission components:
Bearings, chains, and other parts need to be regularly lubricated with oil or butter, at least once a month.
It is recommended to apply butter to the paper feeding track gear every 30 days to ensure smooth operation.
2. Fastener inspection: Regularly inspect screws, nuts, and other fasteners to prevent loosening that may cause equipment vibration or displacement.

1. Control box cleaning: Clean the dust in the electrical control box every month to avoid the risk of short circuit, and check whether the sensors and circuit connections are normal.

1. Nail head/glue head: Regularly check for wear and tear, and replace immediately if the quality of the nail joint decreases or the glue application is uneven.
2. Filter and seals: Clean or replace the air compressor filter to prevent impurities from entering the air system.
5、 Commissioning before startup
1. No load test run: Before starting, manually rotate the main motor for 1-3 cycles to confirm that there is no jamming.
2. Mold matching: Replace the paper box mold according to product specifications to ensure the accuracy of cutting and packaging.
