Vacuum vacuum concentration tank is a widely used equipment in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. It is mainly used to concentrate various liquid substances and can be operated at low temperatures to ensure the quality and activity of the concentrate.
The vacuum decompression and concentration tank is mainly composed of four parts: the tank body, the decompression system, the heating system, and the control system.
1. Tank body
The tank body is the main structural part of the concentration tank, usually made of high-strength stainless steel or glass. The body is usually divided into two parts, the upper part is the vacuum chamber, and the lower part is the concentration chamber. The vacuum chamber is used for pressure reduction operations, while the concentration chamber is used for evaporating and concentrating the concentrated material.
2. Decompression system
The depressurization system is one of the key components of the vacuum depressurization concentration tank. It is mainly composed of vacuum pump, condenser, vacuum instrument and other parts. A vacuum pump is used to extract gas from the concentration tank, creating a vacuum environment. A condenser is a device used to collect, cool, and condense steam into liquid during the pressure reduction process. A vacuum gauge is used to monitor the degree of vacuum inside the tank.
3. Heating system
The heating system is also an important component of the vacuum depressurization concentration tank. It mainly consists of a heater and a temperature sensor. The heater is used to heat the concentrate and evaporate it. The temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature inside the concentration tank, ensuring that it operates within the appropriate temperature range.
4. Control system
The control system is the intelligent control center of the vacuum depressurization and concentration tank, mainly composed of electronic components. Its function is to control the vacuum pump, heater, temperature sensor, vacuum instrument and other equipment to complete the entire concentration process. At the same time, the control system also provides a visual interface for operators to facilitate work operations.
