In order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the electric heating stainless steel mixing tank, we should follow the standardized operating procedures and regularly maintain it.
1、 Preparation work
Before operating the electric heating stainless steel mixing tank, it is necessary to check whether the equipment is in normal condition. The inspection contents include but are not limited to:
1. Is there any abnormal deformation, corrosion, cracking, or other conditions in the tank body;
2. Whether the inlet and outlet valves, seals, and pressure relief valves of the tank are operating normally;
3. Are conductive components, temperature control instruments, power switches, etc. damaged or in an abnormal state.
If any abnormal situation is detected during inspection, relevant personnel should be notified promptly for maintenance and repair.
2、 Operation steps
1. Turn on the power
First, set the power switch of the electric heating stainless steel mixing tank to the "off" state, then plug in the power cord, and finally set the power switch to the "on" state.
2. Adjust the mixing speed
Turn on the mixing control switch, adjust the mixing speed, and choose the appropriate speed according to the actual situation. At the same time, corresponding materials should be added according to the driver's requirements or process requirements.
3. Heating operation
Set the temperature of the thermostat according to the required heating temperature, then turn on the heating system switch to start heating. The heating process should control the heating speed and temperature, and try to avoid heating too fast or too slow, as well as too high or too low temperature.
4. Operation completed
When the heating time reaches the predetermined time, the heating switch should be turned off first, and then the mixture should be stirred for a period of time to achieve a uniform mixing state of the material. Finally, turn off the mixing switch, set the power switch to the "off" state, unplug the power cord, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
