1、 Connection and power on of instruments

Connect the host power socket to the mains power supply with a power cord, and reliably ground the instrument to prevent interference and data fluctuations; Check if the drainage hose is securely installed (do not submerge the outlet end of the drainage hose into the waste liquid to avoid poor drainage), and inject distilled water (reference liquid) into the colorimetric cup. Turn on the power switch of the instrument, and the furnace number will be displayed. If modification is needed, press the one digit key and end with the "Execute" key, and the channel will display the concentration value. After stable power on for 10-15 minutes, zero input and full degree adjustment can be performed.

2、 Zero point input and full-scale adjustment

In the daily use of the instrument, it is necessary to adjust the zero point and the full degree. Generally, the zero point does not need to be adjusted frequently, and it can be adjusted once after each startup.

Press the channel key, and the symbol bit of the channel digital tube will display "U". The remaining 4 digits will display the signal percentage (transmittance U). Press the zero adjustment knob (sometimes with an audio), and the zero point will be input and stored. Then press the zero adjustment knob again to return to the normal state. Adjust the full adjustment knob of the channel to display a signal percentage of around 100.0. Press the full button again to track the full to 100.0. The zero input and full adjustment of the channel are complete. Press the "Exit" button.
