Characteristics of laboratory airflow pulverizer:
1. The processing intensity reaches a fineness of 1-74um, with a narrow particle size distribution and no large particles;
2. Materials collide with each other for crushing, and can process materials with a Mohs hardness of 1-10, with minimal wear and no iron pollution in the product;
3. A reasonable cooling flow field is particularly suitable for the processing of heat sensitive and low melting point materials, as the temperature of the airflow decreases due to rapid expansion during the crushing process;
4. Optimize equipment structure, improve equipment performance, and effectively disperse and dissociate agglomerated ultrafine powders and polymers;
5. Diversity flow field technology can achieve good crushing efficiency and strict particle size distribution. The crushing particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily between 1-74um, and can reach sub micron level with small material loss. It can achieve basic crushing of materials in the crushing chamber with minimal participation, and the inner wall of the equipment is easy to clean, in compliance with GMP standards;
