1、 Daily cleaning management
1. Cleaning of crushing chamber: Immediately clean the adhered materials in the chamber after each shutdown, use a special brush to remove residual materials, and blow the dead corners with compressed air.
2. Classification wheel maintenance: Disassemble the classification wheel components weekly and use an ultrasonic cleaning machine to treat micro hole blockages.
3. Pipeline and dust removal: Check the sealing of the compressed air pipeline daily and discharge the accumulated water in the oil-water separator; Clean up the accumulated material in the cyclone separator every week.
4. Filter bag maintenance: Clean or replace the filter bag after 200-300 hours of operation of the pulse valve to ensure smooth airflow.
2、 Key component maintenance
1. Lubrication system
Add high-temperature extreme pressure lithium grease to the main bearing every 400 hours, and replace the fluororubber seal when the oil seal leaks.
Add molybdenum disulfide grease to the graded motor bearings every 2000 hours, with a dosage not exceeding 1/3 of the bearing chamber.
2. Monitoring of vulnerable parts
Measure the aperture of the nozzle component every 200 hours, and replace it immediately if the wear is greater than 0.2mm.
The lining plate of the crushing chamber is monitored with a laser thickness gauge, and it is replaced as a whole when the thickness is 30% lower than the original value.
The speed of the graded impeller must not exceed the limit to avoid damage to the motor.
3、 Periodic deep maintenance
1. Monthly project
Verify the safety valve and pressure gauge, and check the reset status of the hydraulic jack.
Check the integrity of the sealing strip of the discharge door and confirm that the connecting rod mechanism is in the dead center position.
2. Annual major overhaul
Impeller flaw detection, airflow field simulation optimization adjustment.
Replace worn blades, screens, and aging seals, and fully tighten the connecting bolts.
4、 Intelligent diagnosis and prevention strategies
1. Real time monitoring: Collecting bearing spectra through vibration sensors and scanning motor winding temperature through thermal imaging.
2. Energy consumption warning: Establish a crushing energy consumption database, and trigger maintenance instructions when the unit energy consumption increases by 15%.
3. Preventive mechanism: Develop a quarterly maintenance calendar, record component replacement data, and construct a lifespan prediction model.
5、 Safety operation standards
1. It is strictly prohibited to reach out and touch the discharge port during operation. During maintenance, cut off the power and hang a warning sign.
2. The materials should be evenly distributed. If any abnormal noise, bearing temperature>75 ℃, or abnormal spraying is found, the machine should be stopped immediately.
Strictly following the above process can reduce failure rates and extend equipment lifespan. Fine maintenance ensures the continuity of high-purity production scenarios such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
