Hammer crusher belongs to mechanical crusher and is a traditional crushing equipment. Widely used in many industries, such as pharmaceuticals, feed, food, coatings, chemicals, etc. It has wide versatility, can adjust the fineness of crushing, and has the advantages of high production yield, long service life, low energy consumption, easy cleaning, and convenient maintenance.
The working principle of a hammer crusher is that the material enters the crushing bin and is crushed by the high-speed rotating blade impact, mainly relying on the impact effect to crush the material. The material enters the hammer crusher and is crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer head. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head of the hammer crusher and rushes towards the baffle and screen strip inside the frame at high speed. At the same time, the materials collide with each other and are crushed multiple times. Materials smaller than the gap between the screen strips are discharged from the gap, while some larger materials are crushed again by the impact, grinding, and squeezing of the hammer head on the screen strip. The material is extruded from the gap by the hammer head of the hammer crusher, thereby obtaining the desired particle size product. The feed inlet is equipped with a star shaped discharge valve to control the discharge speed and prevent dust generation during the crushing process.
