The common faults and troubleshooting methods of double-layer glass reaction vessels are as follows:

1. The indicator light is not on:

Reason: The external power supply is not connected or has poor contact.

Solution: Please have a professional electrician check the power supply and sockets.

2. Short circuit of fuse:

Solution: Place the power switch in the OFF position and replace the fuse.

3. The power indicator light is on, but it does not rotate:

Reason: Rusting of the rotating shaft, malfunction of the motor and electrical box, and failure to connect the seven core plug.

Solution: Stop using and contact the supplier; Reconnect the seven pin plug.

4. Sudden disappearance of vacuum:

Reason: The glass has cracks and the switch is damaged.

Solution: Check the glass components and replace the switch.

5. There is a vacuum, but it cannot be drawn:

Reason: Wear of sealing ring and leakage of vacuum switch connection.

Solution: Replace the sealing ring and switch.

6. Sometimes there is no vacuum:

Reason: There is dirt on the steel shaft and loose connectors.

Solution: Remove dirt, check the vacuum gauge and vacuum pump.

7. Vacuum hose aging:

Solution: Replace the vacuum hose.

8. The host core shaft is loose on both sides:

Reason: Loose top screw.

Solution: Tighten the screws.

9. Motor temperature too high:

Reason: Overload, dirt on the contact area between the sealing ring and the glass shaft.

Solution: Stop the machine, clean the dirt, and apply vacuum grease.

10. The speed display does not match the actual:

Reason: Unstable voltage and inherent errors.

Solution: Contact the supplier.

11. The shell is charged:

Reason: The heating tube has cracks and water ingress.

Solution: Please have a professional electrician inspect.
