The chemical hybrid pump combines the characteristics of rotary vane pump and corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump, with strong corrosion and steam resistance, suitable for pumping and discharging chemical active gases and steam containing environments. To ensure the safe operation of equipment and extend its lifespan, the following precautions should be followed:
1、 Preparation before operation: Build a solid foundation for safety
1. Protection and environmental inspection
Operators are required to wear chemical resistant gloves, protective goggles, corrosion-resistant work clothes, and gas masks in high concentration gas environments. Confirm that the operation area is well ventilated, the ground is clean, warning signs are set up, and unrelated personnel are prohibited from approaching.
2. Equipment status verification
Check the appearance of the equipment for any scratches or leaks, and ensure that the inlet check valve, pressure reducing valve, and other components are securely connected; There is no damage or leakage in the electrical circuit, and the power connection is compliant; The oil level in the oil chamber meets the standard, the oil quality is clear, and the diaphragm pump is sealed without leakage.
2、 Running process: Standardized operation and real-time monitoring
1. Startup and feeding specifications
Before starting, confirm that the power is turned off, open the main valve first, and then turn on the power to start. After the pump runs smoothly, add raw materials. The feeding operation needs to be stopped, the speed should be controlled to prevent sudden pressure rise, and the operator should stand on the side of the pump body. It is strictly prohibited to open the protective cover.
2. Running status monitoring
Real time observation of pump body without abnormal vibration or noise, stable inlet and outlet pressure; Pay attention to the temperature of the equipment and stop immediately if it overheats. Regularly check the working status of the oil chamber bubble device and promptly clean the condensate of the oil mist filter to prevent blockage.
3、 Shutdown and subsequent processing: ensuring equipment lifespan
1. Standardize the shutdown process
After completing the homework, close the feeding valve first, empty the residual materials, and then turn off the power. When extracting highly corrosive gases, after shutdown, use inert gas to blow the inside of the pump body to reduce residual corrosion.
2. Cleaning after shutdown
Wipe the exterior of the equipment with a soft cloth to remove material oil stains, and wipe corrosive adhesives with a neutral cleaner. Rinse with clean water and air dry. Regularly disassemble and wash the oil mist filter, and replace the filter element in a timely manner if it is damaged.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep: Avoiding the risk of malfunctions
Check the sealing of the pressure reducing valve weekly and promptly repair and replace any leaks; Check the diaphragm of the diaphragm pump every month and replace it immediately if it is aged or damaged. Regularly change the lubricating oil in the oil chamber, drain the old oil to clean the oil chamber, add suitable special oil, and prohibit mixing different specifications of oil products.
5、 Exception handling and safety taboos
1. Handling of abnormal situations
During operation, severe vibration and sudden increase in noise require shutdown to investigate bearing damage and uneven material distribution issues; When the pump body leaks, close the valve to isolate the leakage source, wear protective gear to clean it, and contact maintenance; Power off immediately in case of electrical failure, do not disassemble on your own, and have it repaired by professional personnel.
2. Prohibited items
Do not touch high-temperature components or adjust parameters during pump operation to prevent burns and loss of control; Prohibit the extraction and discharge of materials beyond the corrosion resistance range of the equipment to prevent damage to the pump body; Do not operate in enclosed spaces with poor ventilation to prevent the accumulation of harmful gases. Long term disuse requires draining the oil, cleaning the dust cover, and storing in a dry and ventilated place.
