1、 Pre use inspection
1. Check whether the pump body, motor, water tank, pipeline and other components are intact, whether the connections are tight, and ensure no leakage.
2. Confirm that the water quality of the water tank is clean. If it is turbid, replace it with cold water. The water level should be close to the upper limit but avoid overflow.
3. The power supply voltage needs to be matched, and the circuit should be checked for aging or damage.
2、 Operation steps
1. The exhaust pipe needs to be connected to a buffer bottle to prevent liquid backflow when the pump is stopped.
2. Turn off the cycle switch before starting, observe the vacuum gauge after powering on, and adjust the knob to the desired vacuum level.
3. When working for a long time, it is necessary to regularly change the water to cool down and avoid the vacuum degree being affected by high water temperature.
3、 Maintenance and troubleshooting
1. Regularly replace the water in the water tank, and if it is not needed for a long time, it is necessary to empty the stored water.
2. If the impeller gets stuck, gently tap on the loose parts of the motor shaft head.
3. When the vacuum degree is insufficient, it is necessary to check the sealing of the pipeline or whether the working fluid has entered the pump chamber.
4、 Other precautions
1. Do not pump in corrosive gases or particulate matter to avoid damaging the pump body.
2. When stopping the pump, first close the system valve and then turn off the power to prevent backflow.
3. The dual tap or multi tap models can be used separately or in parallel, and need to be adjusted according to experimental requirements.
The above steps can ensure stable operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
