The structural principle of hydrothermal synthesis reactor
Date: 2024-08-28Read: 6
Hydrothermal synthesis is a method of conducting chemical reactions under high pressure and high temperature. Hydrothermal reactions have applications in many fields, especially in chemistry and materials science. A hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a device used for hydrothermal reactions, which is widely used due to its ability to react at high temperatures and pressures.
The hydrothermal synthesis reactor consists of the following components:
1. Container: Usually a high-pressure container containing water and compounds under high temperature and pressure.
2. Heating system: Usually uses electricity or gas as an energy source for heating.
3. Reaction control system: Temperature and pressure sensors are generally used to monitor the parameters of the reaction process.
4. Metallurgical system: Generally, water or nitrogen is used for cooling.
The process principle of hydrothermal synthesis reactor:
The hydrothermal synthesis reaction occurs in a hydrothermal state, therefore a hydrothermal synthesis reactor is required for the reaction. The principle of hydrothermal synthesis is that under certain temperature and pressure, the reaction rate of substances will be greatly increased.
In the hydrothermal synthesis reaction, the water inside the container will be heated, and after the water is heated to a certain temperature, the compound will be added to the water. Because water has high thermal stability under high pressure, even when the temperature reaches a certain height, water remains in a liquid state, which promotes the dissolution of compounds; At this point, a certain pressure is established in the container to create a special reaction environment, promoting the progress of the reaction.
After the hydrothermal synthesis reaction is completed, the compound is removed from the reaction vessel by using a cooling system for cooling.
