The collector type constant temperature heating stirrer is a basic instrument for laboratory workers to homogenize and stir various liquids, and is also a conventional product for supporting various analytical instruments. This product is widely used by various universities, environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, petrochemical, biotechnology and other laboratories at home and abroad.
Characteristics of a collector type constant temperature heating mixer:
1. This instrument adopts a brushless DC motor, which has the advantages of no noise, anti vibration, high torque, and high mixing efficiency. The speed control system adopts stepless speed control or intelligent speed control system, which can set and display the motor speed, and has the advantages of stable speed and energy saving.
2. The control system adopts a P.I.D microcomputer control system, which has the advantages of over temperature power-off alarm protection, temperature setting, error correction, instrument self-tuning, small temperature shock, low temperature fluctuation, and precise temperature control.
3. Specially made stainless steel heating tube is aged for 48 hours at a high temperature of 800 degrees Celsius. Insulation resistance>1000M Ω, safe and reliable during dry burning. The magnet is made of high-temperature resistant neodymium iron boron material to ensure sufficient suction and torque.
4. The structural design is reasonable, and the heat collection pot is made of high-quality stainless steel stretched and polished. It can be heated (in water bath) or (in oil bath)
Operation steps of magnetic heating stirrer:
1. Place the magnetic stirrer into a beaker containing the solution.
2. Place the beaker on the heating plate and insert the sensing element.
3. Turn on the power, adjust the heating speed, and start stirring.
4. When stirring, it is necessary to slowly adjust the speed control knob. If the adjustment is too fast, the stirring rotor will detach from the magnetic force of the magnet and keep jumping. Quickly turn the knob to the stop position, wait for the mixer to come to a complete stop, slowly increase the speed of stirring, and steadily increase the speed step by step. Liquids with high viscosity at room temperature often have poor thermal conductivity. When heating and stirring, it is not advisable to quickly raise the temperature to avoid container rupture. The constant temperature device should be fully utilized to gradually increase the temperature in stages, and the sensing element should be inserted into the external water jacket.
5. To measure the temperature inside the container, slowly turn the temperature control knob to lower the red temperature indicator. When the red light is on, the red temperature indicator immediately indicates the temperature of the liquid inserted into the measuring element.
