The heat collecting magnetic stirrer utilizes the principles of magnetic field and vortex. The container of the liquid to be stirred that sinks into the stirrer is placed on the base of the magnetic stirrer. When the magnetic stirrer is powered on, a rotating magnetic field is generated near the base to drive the stirrer to move in a circular motion, thereby forming a vortex in the container liquid and achieving the purpose of stirring the liquid.

Instructions for using a heat collecting magnetic stirrer:

1) Power supply, cup ready, open the stainless steel container lid, place the cup in the middle of the stainless steel container, add thermal oil or silicone oil to the appropriate height of the stainless steel container, and place the stirrer into the cup solution. Turn on the power switch and the indicator light will turn on. Rotate the speed potentiometer clockwise to increase the speed from slow to fast. Adjust to the required speed.

2) Close the heating switch and the temperature digital display light will turn on. At this time, the displayed value is the actual temperature inside the pot.

3) First, set the 'dip switch' to the temperature you need. When the oil (water) in the pot is heated to the set temperature, the instrument will automatically enter a constant temperature state. The red indicator light will turn on to indicate that the heating has stopped, and the green indicator light will turn on to indicate that the heating has started. After several cycles of heating and constant temperature equilibrium, the instrument will enter a stable state.

4) If there is a jumping phenomenon in the mixer during work, please turn off the power and restart it. Adjust the speed from slow to fast to restore normal operation.
