Systematic maintenance can significantly extend equipment lifespan and ensure the safety of high-pressure reaction processes. Today, the editor will take you to understand the maintenance methods of the lifting high-pressure reactor.
1、 Daily cleaning and inspection
1. Cleaning of kettle body
After each reaction, the inner wall of the kettle and the stirring system should be cleaned immediately, and a solvent compatible with the material should be used to thoroughly remove any residue, avoiding chemical corrosion or dirt accumulation that may affect heat transfer efficiency.
Do not use hard tools to scrape during cleaning to prevent damage to the inner wall or enamel layer (if applicable).
2. Equipment status check
Regularly inspect the kettle body, lifting pulley, mixing blade and other components for cracks, deformation or corrosion, with a focus on whether the mechanical connections (such as bolts and chains) of the lifting device are tightened.
During operation, if abnormal vibrations or noise are detected in the monitoring equipment, the machine should be shut down for troubleshooting.
2、 Sealing and lubrication management
1. Sealing system maintenance
Check the sealing ring, flange gasket and other components of the mixing shaft every month. If aging, wear or leakage is found, they should be replaced immediately to ensure airtightness under high pressure/vacuum conditions.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
The reducer, lifting pulley bearings, and gears need to be filled with high-temperature resistant lubricating oil (grease) every 3-6 months. The first oil change cycle is 1-2 months to keep the oil circuit unobstructed and reduce friction losses.
3、 Calibration and testing of safety devices
1. Instrument and valve calibration
Calibrate pressure gauges, safety valves, and temperature sensors every six months to ensure accurate data; The lead seal of the safety valve should be intact, and the bursting disc should not leak or be damaged.
2. Explosion proof pressure relief test
Regularly simulate overpressure conditions to test the sensitivity of explosion-proof membranes and pressure relief valves, verify whether they can release pressure in a timely manner, and avoid the risk of equipment explosion.
4、 Special maintenance of lifting system
1. Mechanical component inspection
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the fastening bolts, chains, or wire ropes of the lifting pulleys every year, promptly reinforce loose parts, and prevent derailment or jamming during the lifting process.
Clean the pulley track and apply lubricating grease to ensure smooth lifting.
2. Electrical control maintenance
Check whether the power cord and grounding device of the lifting motor are intact, test the sensitivity of the control button and the function of the limit switch to prevent leakage or misoperation.
5、 Long term storage and protection
1. Environmental control
During the equipment shutdown period, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid contact with strong acids, alkalis, or humid environments that may cause metal parts to rust.
2. Protective measures
Apply rust proof oil to the exposed metal parts of the lifting device and cover them with protective covers to reduce oxidation and dust intrusion.
