A vacuum pump is a device used in experimental facilities such as laboratories, research institutes, and factories. He provided a vacuum environment for the materials in the experiment, isolating the risk of contamination; At the same time, it can also lower the boiling point of materials, allowing them to boil and evaporate in environments without high temperatures, preventing some substances from being damaged by high temperatures; You can also create a vacuum environment first and fill the kettle or tank with nitrogen to ensure a high concentration of nitrogen and protect the materials .....

The vacuum pumps on the market include circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pumps, rotary vane vacuum pumps, diaphragm pumps, etc., each with its own characteristics. The circulating water type multi-purpose vacuum pump is the most frequently used. Its medium is water, which is convenient and simple to use, with low cost. The general vacuum degree can reach 0.098 megapascals. However, its accessory jet injector is prone to decay and inconvenient to replace during long-term use; A rotary vane vacuum pump, also known as an oil pump, uses oil as its medium and works vigorously to achieve a high degree of vacuum. If the equipment is well sealed, it can approach a maximum vacuum. However, in actual use, the oil pump may produce oil mist, which is not good for the laboratory environment. Moreover, if water or oil stains enter the rotor, it is easily damaged and cannot achieve a good vacuum effect.

Based on these characteristics, our company has developed a new type of diaphragm vacuum pump. His biggest feature is that he is suitable for most materials and has high corrosion resistance, thanks to the imported PTFE/FKM material we use. Although this material has a high purchase price, it is stable and does not react with the material, making it suitable for most materials; The maximum vacuum degree of this diaphragm pump can reach 600 Pa, and in actual testing, we achieved 400 Pa, with a pumping rate of up to 33L per minute, which is better than imported equipment; During long-term operation, the temperature of the pump body will not exceed 50 ℃. Reasonable air ducts and large fan blades can improve the heat dissipation of the motor; The external dimensions of the pump body are small, do not take up space, and are suitable for instruments of all sizes, making it an ideal helper for experimental facilities.
