1. Plug in the power socket (the power supply should be well grounded), press the power switch, and the display screen will light up. At this time, the display screen will show the actual temperature and humidity inside the incubator.
2. Adjust the height of the mold incubator using the bottom adjustment screw to ensure a stable placement of the box.
3. Installation of humidifier: Insert the power plug of the mold incubator humidifier into the power socket on the back of the instrument, and then connect the humidifier tube of the instrument to the humidifier. The connection must be tightly connected. When adding water to the humidifier water tank, be sure to operate it correctly according to the instructions.
4. Temperature adjustment: Press the temperature setting button of the mold incubator, and the digital display will be the set value. Rotate the temperature adjustment potentiometer to the desired temperature value, release the button, and the digital display will be the actual temperature inside the incubator. If the actual temperature inside the incubator is lower than the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn on and the heater will start heating; If the actual temperature inside the incubator is higher than the set temperature, the cooling indicator light will turn on and the cooling system will start cooling; If both the heating indicator light and the cooling indicator light are dim, the incubator is in a constant temperature state.

5. Humidity adjustment: Press the humidity setting button of the mold incubator, and the digital display will be the set value. Rotate the humidity adjustment potentiometer to the desired humidity value, release the button, and the digital display will be the actual humidity inside the mold incubator. When the actual humidity in the cultivation room is lower than the set humidity, humidification will be applied to the cultivation room, and the humidification indicator light will turn on; When the actual humidity in the cultivation room is higher than the set humidity value, the humidifier stops working and the humidification indicator light goes out.

6. When the temperature is low, the accumulated water in the bottom water tray of the mold incubator should be regularly emptied.
7. Caution must be exercised when handling mold incubators, and the angle between the incubator and the horizontal plane must not be less than 45 °.
8. When sterilization is not required inside the mold incubator, the sterilization switch on the panel should be placed in the "off" position.
9. There are two sets of fuse boxes installed on the back of this machine, 2A? Is the cooling and heating load fuse box, and 8A? Is the control power fuse box. If there is a malfunction in the operation of the machine, such as temperature control failure, no heating or cooling, the power must be cut off, and the fuses should be checked separately to ensure that they are intact, and then the corresponding parts should be checked.
10. After the temperature is set, the temperature control knob should not be rotated back and forth multiple times at will to avoid frequent start-up of the compressor, which may cause overload and affect the service life of the compressor.

12. If the humidifier has a malfunction, please follow the warranty points on the humidifier user manual and repair it nearby.
13. When the humidity sensor is in a high humidity state for a long time, condensation will form, and the humidity display value will remain high. If accurate humidity display value is needed, it should be turned off, the incubator door should be opened, and the humidity sensor should be kept at room temperature. After natural drying, it can continue to be used.
14. When the mold incubator is not in use, the power plug should be unplugged.
15. To maintain the appearance of the equipment, it is not allowed to use acid, alkali, or other corrosive substances to wipe the surface. The box can be regularly wiped dry with a dry cloth.
