The tubular membrane system is an external filtration system designed for high solid content and high SS liquids. We use adjustable cross flow velocity to ensure optimal membrane operation and extend the lifespan of the membrane. At the same time, it has the characteristics of more convenient cleaning, maintenance, independent closed pipeline operation, and overall system independence.
SUN tubular membrane recommends cross flow filtration technology, which can reduce cleaning times, minimize downtime, and maintain high flow rates. Some membrane products can also be backwashed, and if necessary, permeate or chemical cleaning agents can be used for backwashing to effectively extend the lifespan of the membrane.
SUN tubular membrane product range
Tube membrane materials: PVDF, PES, PAN, PS
Molecular weight cut-off: 5.000-250.000 daltons
Membrane tube diameter (inner diameter): 5-12.7mm
The conventional diameters of industrial membrane modules are 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10, and the lengths are 3m, 3.6m, and 4m.
The conventional diameter of the experimental membrane module is 2.5 and the length is 1 meter.
At the same time, it has high-strength, anti pollution, anti-oxidation (PVDF material resistant to chlorine 250000pm ยท h), acid and alkali resistant (resistant to 20% NaOH) membranes, with a pure water flux of up to 800LMH. Some membrane products can work at a pressure of up to 10 bar and a temperature of up to 95 โ. Even when directly filtering domestic sewage with an activated sludge concentration of up to 40g/L, the waist flux can still reach 70-15OLMH.
Large waist components such as 8 and 10 'can greatly reduce the investment and operating costs of large-scale projects, and are commonly used in high concentration industrial wastewater such as leachate, pharmaceutical wastewater, alkali recovery, oily wastewater, electronic wastewater, coking wastewater, as well as material separation fields such as food, fermentation broth, and tea beverages.

Process Introduction
The external tubular membrane system is a process mainly used for the treatment of high concentration wastewater such as leachate from garbage. It consists of a biochemical system and an external tubular ultrafiltration membrane system. Organic pollutants and other pollutants are removed through biochemistry, and sludge water is separated by an external tubular ultrafiltration membrane to directly obtain high-quality ultrafiltration water. The concentrated water is then returned to the biochemical tank. The designed flux can reach 70~120LMH, with a filtration accuracy of 0.03um. The 8mm large channel can effectively intercept sludge without causing membrane fouling or blockage, and the maximum sludge concentration can reach 40mgl.
The combination of tubular membrane system with RO or NF can achieve first and second level discharge standards for leachate treatment of garbage.
