1. Before cleaning, the residual liquid in the system should be pushed out of the system with deionized water;
2. Standardized measurement of water flux to determine whether chemical cleaning is required: Switch the system to the cleaning valve state, where both concentrated and permeate are circulated back to the CIP tank (feed storage tank), start the equipment, open the exhaust valve of the security filter for exhaust, and then close it. Adjust the flow rate and pressure parameters, record the permeate flow rate at this time and compare it with the initial standardized membrane flux. When it drops to 85% of the initial value, cleaning should be carried out.
3. Configure chemical cleaning agents: Determine the pollutants based on the produced liquid, select the cleaning formula for the pollutants (refer to the cleaning agent table), and prepare the cleaning solution into the circulation tank according to the cleaning formula.
4. Chemical cleaning: Start up and run according to the standardized method of measuring water flux, and clean according to the requirements of the cleaning plan.
5. After cleaning is completed, use standardized water flux measurement to determine whether chemical cleaning needs to continue: rinse the system with deionized water and measure the water flux according to the above method of measuring standard water flux. If the flux has been restored, the system will enter the next batch of production or standby mode. If it has not been restored, the cleaning agent needs to be replaced to continue cleaning. If multiple cleaning attempts fail to restore, contact RISINGSUN company for a solution.
