Stainless steel four-way pneumatic threaded ball valve is a pipeline control equipment driven by pneumatic devices. Its core features include fast reversing, multi-channel control, and high reliability, making it suitable for complex industrial scenarios.

The stainless steel four-way pneumatic threaded ball valve is made of stainless steel material (such as 304 or 316), which has high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The main product features are as follows:
Low fluid resistance: The spherical channel has the same cross-section as the pipeline and is designed with a circular arc flow channel, which has a low resistance coefficient and ensures efficient flow of the medium.
Excellent sealing performance: The valve seat uses PTFE, RTFE or reinforced sealing materials, combined with an elastic structure, to provide reliable sealing and adapt to high temperature and high pressure environments.
• Convenient and efficient operation: Driven by pneumatic actuators, switching or reversing can be completed by simply rotating 90 degrees, with fast response speed and support for remote automation control.
Strong structural durability: Stainless steel valve body (such as CF8M or 1.4408) and corrosion-resistant sealing ring extend valve life and are suitable for corrosive media.
Four way reversing function: With a four channel design (L/T/X flow direction), one valve can achieve diversion, merging, and flow direction switching, simplifying the system layout.
The working principle is based on pneumatic actuators: compressed air drives the piston, which drives the sphere to rotate 90 degrees, aligning or verticalizing the channels, achieving fluid conduction or cutoff, and the reversing process is fast and accurate.

Petrochemical and natural gas: Processing high-pressure, corrosive media (such as crude oil and chemicals) to ensure safe diversion and system reliability.
