1、 Preparation before startup
1. Environmental inspection: Confirm that the temperature, humidity, and pressure difference in the drying operation room meet the specified requirements (usually temperature 20-25 ℃, relative humidity<20%), and check whether the equipment and production tools are clean and intact.
2. Equipment inspection: Check whether the equipment is operating normally according to the "Operating Procedures for Drying and Rotating Cages", and confirm that the installation and fixation of the rotating cage, limit locks, etc. are in the normal position.
2、 Material loading
1. Evenly place the soft capsules that need to be dried into the drying cage, with a maximum filling capacity of no more than 3/4 of the cage capacity.
2. Ensure even loading of materials, avoid stacking and obstruction to ensure drying effect.
3、 Start running
1. Start the rotary cage and initiate the drying process. The drying time is usually 7-16 hours, and the specific time needs to be determined according to the process specifications.
2. During the drying process, it is necessary to regularly check and record the room temperature and indoor relative humidity to ensure stable environmental conditions.
4、 Drying completion and shutdown
1. After drying, turn the rotation direction of the drying cage to the right and release the dried capsules.
2. Turn off the equipment, clean the inner wall of the furnace cavity and residual materials in the container, and keep the equipment clean and dry.
5、 Precautions
1. During the drying process, it is necessary to regularly flip the rubber balls (such as flipping them every 3 hours) to ensure even drying.
2. When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to open the vacuum door to avoid sudden air entering and causing sample contamination or equipment frosting.
