On October 22, 2017, the continuous automatic constant temperature drying machine for sisal fiber produced by Nanjing Tengyang Drying Equipment Factory was successfully debugged at a large sisal production base in Shihe Town, Fumian District, Yulin City, Guangxi.
Under the leadership of Shi Guoping and Dai Gong, Zhou Gong, and Zhao Gong, the TY-JM-1600 sisal dryer was assembled in just 2 days and successfully tested in one go. It received praise from the boss of the demand side, and nearby sisal bosses went to learn and guide them. The drying effect of sisal was much better than that of drying it in the sun.
Due to the prolonged exposure of hemp fibers to air from the sun, excessive oxidation, flexibility, and color are not as good as the hemp fiber dryer produced by Nanjing Tengyang. Therefore, the dried hemp fibers can be sold for an additional 700-1000 yuan per ton. The continuous sisal fiber dryer series is a new type of flow-through drying equipment independently developed by Shi Guoping. This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength, and good product quality. We are currently negotiating with a foreign trade company in Shanghai to export the TY-JM-2400 continuous hemp fiber dryer from the Philippines. This project is one of China's aid plans to the Philippines.
