pharmamachCorporate NewsWhat is the working principle of an automatic weighing scale?
Automatic weighing scale, also known as weight sorting machine. It is an automatic weight inspection equipment widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. Real time online detection of overweight and underweight non-conforming products in the production line.
The automatic weighing scale is mainly composed of a conveyor, a weighing sensor, and a display controller. Below, the editor will briefly introduce the working principle of the automatic weighing scale? as shown below
Object transfer: Automatic weighing scales are usually used in conjunction with conveyor belts or other transfer equipment to transfer the object to be measured to the top of the scale platform at a certain speed. Before the object is transferred to the platform, the weighing scale will undergo a series of preparatory work, such as calibrating sensors, setting weighing parameters, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the weighing results.
Weighing process: After the object enters the conveyor, the system will identify the object to be tested and enter the weighing area based on external signals (such as photoelectric switch signals). The weighing sensor detects the gravity of an object and converts it into an electrical signal, which is amplified, filtered, and digitized before being transmitted to a computer system.
Data processing: After receiving the electrical signal transmitted by the sensor, the computer system will perform further data processing. Through algorithm processing, it is possible to accurately detect situations such as missing particles or dosage errors inside the packaging, and screen and sort products of different weights according to the set specifications.
Extension function: The automatic weighing scale has the characteristics of fast detection speed, high measurement accuracy, and strong expansion performance. They are usually used for packaging products, especially in the terminal process inspection of assembly lines, which can effectively control the generation of defective products and improve product quality.
