Product Details
The SRL-Z200/500 PVC mixing unit is mainly used for mixing U-PVC, C-PVC and other plastic pipes, profiles, sheets and other products. The entire unit consists of four main parts: high-speed mixing, low-speed cooling mixing, spiral feeding, and control electrical box.
The device model is SRL-Z200/500, which adopts a vertical high-speed mixing and low pulp mixing drum

The high-speed mixing and low-speed mixing pots of the mixing unit are made of SS304 stainless steel, which is made of 6mm thick steel plate processed with precision;
The high-speed mixing section adopts three heating methods: self friction heating, thermal oil heating, and electric heating, which can quickly and effectively heat PVC resin and other chemical additives; The pot body is made of stainless steel 304 flange, and the cast aluminum pot cover is polished. The cylinder lifting pot cover is used, and the outside of the pot wall is wrapped with insulation cotton, which can greatly reduce temperature loss and thus greatly shorten the mixing time.

The high-speed hybrid motor adopts a vertical dual speed motor or a vertical single speed motor, where the single speed motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which has the characteristics of low starting current and stable operation.
The low-speed cooling mixing part adopts circulating water cooling method, and the middle of the pot body adopts a cooling ring design, which can quickly and effectively reduce the material temperature, prevent material deterioration and yellowing
The pot body is made of stainless steel 304 flange, and the cast aluminum pot cover is polished. The pot cover is lifted and lowered by a cylinder
