The three roll grinder is mainly used for various paste like slurries such as paint, ink, pigment, plastic, food, etc. It is the main equipment for grinding and dispersing high viscosity materials such as paint and ink.

This machine achieves grinding by squeezing and rubbing the surfaces of three rollers arranged horizontally and at different speeds. Grinding materials generally only need to be ground twice to meet the requirements, while difficult to grind materials must be ground multiple times to meet the requirements.

Adjust the working time of the fast and slow rollers to the appropriate position, start the machine, and then add the slurry that needs to be ground to the copper knife between the middle and slow rollers. After the slurry is extruded on the surface of the middle and slow rollers, it is brought to the fast roller by the middle roller, and then scraped off by the discharge scraper that is closely attached to the surface. It flows into the feeding cylinder through the blade plate equipped with a fence, thus forming the entire grinding process.
