It has the advantages of no medium detachment, no leakage, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and can be backwashed. It is an ideal filtration equipment for industries such as biomedicine, electronics, beer and beverage, and chemical water treatment.

Usage:

1. Clean the filter and its connecting components, and correctly install the filter element and housing.

Before starting up, first check whether the booster pump is running smoothly, whether the connection is tight, and whether all valves are closed.

3. Before starting up, slowly open the inlet valve to exhaust, and then open the outlet valve for normal filtration.

4. If the filtration pressure difference is found to be greater than 0.1 Mpa or the flow rate significantly decreases, it indicates that most of the pore size of the filter element has been blocked. It is recommended that the manufacturer clean or replace the filter element.
