1. A mechanical shaft seal (imported double end face machine seal) is installed between the transmission structure and the grinding structure of the horizontal conical sand mill, and a solvent based liquid is circulated to lubricate the mechanical shaft seal, separating the grinding raw materials from the transmission structure. The solvent for circulating lubrication of the mechanical shaft seal is stored in a storage tank, and cooling water is transported to circulate the solvent for cooling and lubrication.

2. The grinding operation of the horizontal conical sand mill is carried out at high speed in a fully enclosed and pressurized grinding cylinder, so there is no problem of solvent evaporation polluting the air, ensuring workshop hygiene and the physical and mental health of operators. Materials are produced in a sealed state, which saves energy and reduces production costs due to the absence of solvent evaporation.

3. The bottom of the grinding cylinder is equipped with a sliding track for easy replacement of grinding beads and disassembly during maintenance and repair. Simply remove the fixing screws to open the grinding cylinder and allow the grinding beads to flow out.

4. The pumps for conveying raw materials in a horizontal conical sand mill are divided into two types: gear pumps and pneumatic double diaphragm pumps, which users can choose according to the physical properties and characteristics of the raw materials they want to grind.
