In the manufacturing process of high viscosity emulsions, especially cream, ointment, and emulsion products, the most problematic issues are usually the large particle size of the dispersed phase and the mixing of air into the product during stirring. The large particle size leads to instability and lack of luster in the emulsion, while the mixing of air into the product can cause bubbling, bacterial contamination, oxidation, and an uneven appearance. In response to two major issues, our company has developed the ZJR series vacuum homogenization and emulsification unit, which consists of a homogenization stirrer, a central blade stirrer, and a scraping wall stirrer, each with their own characteristics complementing each other, combined into a scientific stirring method to achieve perfect mixing of products. By using vacuum pumping, the produced products are no longer mixed with bubbles during the mixing process, ensuring the production of products with rich luster, delicacy, and good ductility.
