Turbidity is measured by measuring the scattered light from water particles. Due to the good correlation between water turbidity and suspended solids concentration, monitoring of sediment, algae, and water particle pollution is usually carried out by measuring turbidity. The sensor output signal is a voltage signal, and the strength of this signal is proportional to the turbidity or suspended solids concentration of the water body.

It has extremely low power consumption, making it very suitable for applications with limited power supply. The drift of the sensor is between 0 and 1mV, and there is no need to adjust the gain. The unique optical design of the sensor enables it to measure sensitive areas within 5cm of the probe, making it suitable for measurements near the bottom and particularly suitable for applications that are heavily affected by reflection

The turbidity probe 4112 can be directly installed on the top sensor disk of the Ocean Guardian platform, and the sensor output is analog output. After connecting to the Ocean Guardian platform, the output data from the Ocean Guardian platform is engineering data.

Note: (1) The calibration range of the sensor standard is within the linear range of turbidity from 0-750NTU. If higher concentrations are required, please specify with the manufacturer when ordering.

(2) If there are any changes in the indicator parameters, no further notice will be given.
