1、 Lining selection

The liner is an important component of the gas chromatograph inlet system, and the selection of the liner has a significant impact on the product analysis results.

2、 Use of lining tube

The surface of the liner will adsorb sample peak deformation tails, affecting the stability of the instrument. If the liner is not replaced regularly or the correct liner is not used, the following problems will occur:

A、 Peak shape deterioration B, solute discrimination C, poor reproducibility D, sample decomposition E, appearance of ghost peak F, shortened chromatographic column life

3、 The lining tube is prone to problems

The liner should be replaced regularly according to the following situations:

1. Cleanliness of samples

2. Chromatographic abnormalities such as peak shape changes, peak discrimination, poor reproducibility, sample thermal decomposition, loss or decomposition of active analyte reactions
