The system is equipped with an intelligent high-precision metering pump, an automatic liquid nitrogen addition device, a robot, a constant temperature device, nitrogen concentration detection, etc. It can automatically dispense the precisely metered liquid medicine into the liquid nitrogen and automatically remove the frozen beads from the liquid nitrogen to the freeze-drying tray, ensuring the safety of operators. The size of the ball can be digitally adjusted, making it faster and more convenient to switch models. Automatic liquid nitrogen addition device eliminates the need for manual monitoring and addition, ensuring a constant liquid nitrogen level in the liquid nitrogen container. The temperature of the constant temperature device can be set to ensure the effectiveness of the reagent.

The system has an optional number of channels, with a standard configuration of 12 channels, greatly improving production efficiency.
