1. Press the green button in the 'power switch' to turn on the power.
2. Slowly adjust the "Vibration Intensity Adjustment Knob" and rotate it clockwise. At this point, the sorting plate integrated with the "Vibration Bracket" begins to vibrate. Touch the sorting plate with your hand and adjust it to a certain oscillation intensity based on your feeling.
3. Put the powdered capsule shells into the "powdered capsule shell sorting tray", and put about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule cap into the "Capsule Cap Sorting Plate", about 300 capsules each time. The sorting tray is made of organic glass plate, with many funnel-shaped circular holes drilled on top, with a diameter corresponding to the capsule size. At this time, the capsule shell of the vibrating worktable moves steadily and slowly forward and backward, gradually entering the worktable hole one by one.
4. After about 30 seconds, the powder capsule shell and capsule cap will fall into the circular hole with the opening facing upwards. In case of individual openings facing downwards, the capsule cap can be gently pressed downwards to remove it.

6. You can prepare a medication powder tray with a bottom area of 500 × 500mm and a height of about 10mm on all four sides in advance, filled with medication powder, and place the capsule shell connecting plate flat in the medication powder tray. Then cover the randomly matched organic glass frame on the powder capsule receiving plate, use a small scoop to scoop the powder into the frame, scrape the edge of the frame to fill it with powder, and scrape off any excess powder.
7. Use a randomly matched capsule cap cover set plate (not shown in the picture, with circular holes on the set plate) and place it on the capsule cap cover adapter plate, which has alignment holes and is easy to place. Flip the capsule cap and cover plate so that the capsule opening faces downwards, and place it on the powder filled capsule shell plate that has already been filled with medicine powder. There are also alignment holes, making it easy to fit.
8. Place the fitted capsule board into the cavity under the "capsule cap forming plate", and manually pull the "pressure rod" down and into place. There is no need to be careful with excessive force, as there is a mechanism to control the downward pressure height. Remove the capsule plate, pour out the capsules, and complete the filling process. You can cycle to the next board.
