The automatic unpacking machine feeds packaging bags containing materials into the unpacking machine through a mesh chain conveyor. After the packaging bags enter the unpacking machine, a set of high-speed rotating cutting devices instantly cut open the front end and two sides of the packaging bags (the dust generated after opening the bags is purified by a dust removal fan with a filtering device and discharged). At this time, as the conveyor belt continues to move forward, most of the materials will fall into the buffer bin along the gap of the horseshoe chain, and the remaining materials will continue to move forward with the packaging bags. When the front end of the packaging bag passes through a photoelectric induction switch, the bag separation device separates the packaging bags from the materials and guides them into a drum with a spiral device. The removed bags and the materials trapped inside enter the cylindrical screen together, and the materials inside the bags will move forward with the spiral. Rotating through the mesh of the cylindrical screen into the material collection device, At the same time, the continuously rotating spiral discharges the packaging bag
The shell of the unpacking machine and the structural components in contact with the material are made of SS304 material, which is compact and sturdy, and can be customized according to various customer needs to meet their conveying requirements
