Based on the problems existing in the use of multiple water dust removal methods, our factory leaders and technical departments have conducted repeated investigations, devoted themselves to researching and absorbing the advantages of multiple water dust removal methods, and adopted many innovative technologies. We have successfully developed a set of water based dust collectors that can adapt to various sintering methods, harsh conditions, and overcome difficulties that other water based dust collectors cannot overcome, namely the BLS-II-8L double cone tower low resistance high-efficiency wet dust collector and the KFX-I fast mud water separator. The biggest feature of this system is:
1. Double cone tower dust removal is adopted to prevent mud and water from contacting the cylinder wall, thus preventing blockage caused by dust adhesion.
Two water spray heads are installed outside the dust area to prevent dust from coming into contact with the nozzle, solving the problem of water blocking the nozzle and affecting the suction effect.
3. The twin towers are directly installed on the two chimneys of the vertical kiln, avoiding the resistance caused by the winding path of flue gas. Therefore, the equipment resistance is very low, and there is no need for induced air to produce reverse smoke.
Using a large amount of water for dust removal can accelerate the circulation of water, resulting in lower water temperature and solving problems such as pipeline scaling, reduced water evaporation, and poor dust removal effect.
All 5 use recycled water and absolutely do not discharge or waste water resources into the kiln.
The sewage discharged after dust collection can be quickly separated from mud and water through a mud water separator. The separated mud is continuously discharged to the twin shaft mixer in the form of Congee paste, and no mud discharging equipment is required. The recycled mud is 100% recycled and has no secondary pollution caused by discharge to the ground.

8. Less investment, with a lower investment of about 100000 yuan per unit compared to similar products. Therefore, this technology is largely superior to existing forms of water dust collectors and ensures dust removal efficiency. The dust emission concentration of open flame kilns shall not exceed 150mg/m3, and that of dark flame kilns shall not exceed 100mg/m3.
