6. Equipped with multiple protective devices to avoid unnecessary waste of materials. When the empty bottles have not reached the production station, the host is in a stopped state and automatically starts up when they arrive at the station, ensuring the correctness of counting and bottling during production.
When there are no bottles at the bottle inlet or when there is a pile of bottles at the bottle outlet, the counting machine automatically stops running and does not perform counting work, but remains in the starting state. When the imported bottles arrive or there are no bottles at the outlet, the equipment automatically resumes counting work. The bottle blocking and separation are controlled by cylinders, which are reliable in action and easy to adjust.
8. The swing mechanism adopts an inner hole eccentric central axis structure, and the frequency conversion speed regulation produces good swing effect and low noise. The production speed and screening frequency of the host can be adjusted by oneself.
