1、 Main purpose and scope of use
The BT35 series marine axial flow fan is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly ideal product for ships, which has the characteristics of high pressure, high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, and meets the requirements of ship use. It is suitable for ventilation and air exchange in various ship locations, as well as other suitable occasions.
The ventilation fan is designed using the variable circulation method, and a reasonable variable circulation coefficient is selected based on the parameters of the fan. The characteristic velocity and length of each section of the blade are allocated reasonably, thus fully utilizing the high circumferential velocity at the blade tip. The use of ventilation has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, large flow coefficient and pressure coefficient, and light weight.
During the design and manufacturing process, the ventilation fan fully considers the special requirements for marine use: the impeller undergoes strict dynamic balance correction, overspeed testing, so the ventilation fan has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, impact resistance, sway resistance, vibration resistance, smooth operation, and safety and reliability.
2、 Structural form
The impeller is formed by aluminum alloy die-casting, and the fan impeller is directly driven by the motor. The casing and bracket are made of high-quality steel plates and have undergone anti-corrosion treatment. They are equipped with explosion-proof motors. The fan can be equipped with 380V, 660V, 50Hz or 440V, 60Hz marine AC motors. At the same time, according to user needs, the fan can be made into two or four air outlets.

Installation and precautions

1. This series of fans comes with rubber shock-absorbing pads and cargo pulleys on the chassis, and lifting rings on the body for easy movement during use
2. Before use, the clearance between the impeller and the outer casing should be strictly checked, and the clearance around should be uniform. The wheels should rotate flexibly without any jamming.
3. The direction of rotation of the impeller must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the casing.
4. The fan must be managed and operated by a dedicated person.
5. The installation and use of fans must comply with the relevant provisions of the "safety regulations".
6. After long-distance transportation or long-term storage, the insulation resistance of the motor stator must be measured before use (the insulation resistance must not be less than 0.5 megohms). Only after passing the inspection can the required power be connected. After a trial run of about 10 minutes or no abnormal noise, it can be put into normal operation.
7. The length of the stripped and exposed section at the connection of the motor inlet wire should not exceed 1.5mm. 8. The maximum diameter adhesive tape air duct allowed by the tunnel section should be used as much as possible. The cut section should be as long as possible, and the pipe wall should be as straight as possible. The direction should be slowly changed at the turning point to reduce pipeline resistance loss and ensure air supply distance.
