The BZ toluene recovery equipment is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment, invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. The 1.2-meter-high supergravity distillation tower is equivalent to the commonly used 15 meter high distillation tower, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate and packed towers. Since 2004, more than 600 sets have been industrialized and applied.

BZ toluene recovery equipmentIt is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. It applies supergravity technology to continuous distillation processes in industrial production. The toluene recovery equipment consists of one or more high-speed rotating rotors, and gas-liquid flows through the rotors in a reverse flow manner for contact mass transfer. A commonly used distillation tower with a height of 1.2 meters is equivalent to a height of 15 meters, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate towers and packed towers. It has been identified by a national expert group and the product has reached a leading level (invention numbers: ZL011343214, ZL200510049145.1, US 7344126 B2). In 2007, it was approved by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. In 2008, it won the first prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. In 2010, it won the second prize for scientific and technological inventions from the Ministry of Education.

The advantages of supergravity distillation technology are: (1) good performance, high efficiency, and low energy consumption; ⑵ Low height, small size, safe and reliable; ⑶ Short processing time, small liquid holding capacity, strong anti blocking ability; ⑷ Easy to operate and maintain; ⑸ Low investment and management costs.

Scope of application: Widely used in ethanol, methanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, dichloromethane DMF、DMSO、 The recovery and product separation and purification of organic solvents such as toluene, isopropanol, and tert butanol have been industrialized and applied in over 600 industries including raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemicals, biodiesel, environmental protection, and liquor production.
