Tunnel ovens are suitable for heating, solidifying, drying, and dehydrating materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and light industry. They are also widely used for drying in heavy industries such as steel.
The heating source of this oven is electric heating, and the operating temperature can be adjusted according to user needs within the range of room temperature to 300 ℃. It is controlled by the control room control system for constant temperature.
The control panel features modern buttons and an intelligent temperature control meter, making it easy to operate and visually observe the operation of the equipment. The control instruments are precise, temperature control is sensitive and accurate, and easy to operate.
Principle and process:
The material is transported onto a slowly moving mesh belt, which then enters the heating section of the oven. The material is then heated by a heating tube, and any moisture or exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the box through a dehumidification outlet device before being naturally cooled by the cooling section. The mesh belt tunnel oven consists of a front feeding section, a heating section, a cooling section, a mesh belt conveyor system, a dehumidification device, an electrical control system, and other parts. The operating speed of the mesh belt and the constant temperature sterilization temperature of the heating section are controlled by a reducer, a speed controller, and an intelligent digital temperature control instrument. The whole machine has low operating noise, stable operation, automatic temperature control, easy installation and maintenance, and a wide range of applications.
Construction of oven equipment:
1. The inner wall of the box is made of δ 2.0mm stainless steel plate, and the outer wall is made of δ 1.5mm stainless steel plate. The insulation material is aluminum silicate fiber cotton, and the insulation layer thickness is 80mm.
2. The oven transmission adopts a continuously variable speed, so that customers can adjust different speeds according to different specifications to achieve the drying effect.
3. The equipment consists of heating, transmission, automatic cooling, and control parts. The heating device uses far-infrared heating tubes (stainless steel heating tubes can also be selected), and the transmission part uses stainless steel chains with stainless steel transmission, which can facilitate the placement of materials by customers. The transmission is controlled by frequency conversion, and the control part consists of a speed controller, an automatic digital temperature control instrument, and a solid-state temperature control device.
4. There are transmission platforms at both ends of the oven for customers to load and unload materials. Due to the high working temperature requirements, a cooling section needs to be added. There is an automatic cooling fan installed on the top cooling section of the equipment.
5. The heating section of the oven adopts a skeleton free structure, greatly reducing the sensitivity of the thermal conductivity system from the inside out.
6. The heating section of the oven is divided into two zones to ensure uniform temperature before and after heating, ensuring the drying effect.
7. An additional control cabinet is installed in the oven to separate the mechanical and electrical components for user operation.
8. The heating element of the oven adopts far-infrared heating tubes, which have the characteristics of fast heating and small temperature shock.
9. The transmission motor of the oven adopts phase sequence and phase failure protection to ensure that users will not be affected by motor failure caused by phase loss during use.
10. The electrical control cabinet is equipped with a current monitor for users to observe the working condition of the heating elements at any time.
