Beijing Zhongxing DK3001B semi-automatic headspace sampler Instrument Introduction

The DK-3001B semi-automatic headspace sampler is a new product launched by our company with independent intellectual property rights based on the original DK-3001 and DK3001A semi-automatic headspace samplers. The product has obtained utility model and appearance.

The sampling/injection method can be selected according to the user's needs, including our classic negative pressure sampling six way valve injection mode, or high-pressure and pressure balanced sampling methods. When using the pressure balanced sampling method, the instrument does not use solenoid valves for gas path switching, does not have secondary pollution caused by solenoid valve sealing materials, has zero dead volume, high system temperature resistance, reasonable gas path design, and minimal baseline fluctuations during injection.

The DK3001B semi-automatic headspace sampler has a sample heating furnace located below and in front of the instrument, which is more suitable for the operator's bottle placement and injection actions. The structure has changed the shape of the two transfer tubes at the top of the semi-automatic headspace sampler, making it more aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and more in line with the principles of ergonomics.

Easy and convenient operation; A sample heating position uniformly distributed around the circumference reduces the temperature gradient between different bottle positions and improves the stability of analysis results; If the range of sample volume variation is wide, pressure balance and high-pressure injection modes can be selected (note: do not use solenoid valves to switch the gas path mode);
The injection valve and sample transfer pipeline can control the temperature to avoid sample condensation during transmission;
