1、 Product Overview
Biological deodorization equipment is the application of natural organic biodegradation processes to the treatment of industrial waste gas, especially for the purification of organic waste gas (odor). The biofilm method is to fix and attach microorganisms to the surface of porous media packing, and biologically treat polluted air in the packing bed layer. Volatile organic compounds and other pollutants are adsorbed on the pore surface and consumed by the microorganisms in the pores. The metabolic life activities of microorganisms are used to convert harmful substances in the waste gas into simple inorganic substances and cytoplasm, and degrade them into CO2, H2O, and neutral salts. The deodorization process is mainly divided into the following stages: gas-liquid diffusion stage: the chemical substances in the odor first transfer from the gas phase to the liquid phase through the packing gas/night interface; Liquid solid diffusion stage: Odorous chemicals in the exhaust gas diffuse from the liquid phase to the biofilm of the biological filler; Biological oxidation stage: Microorganisms in the biofilm formed on the surface of biological fillers oxidize odor gas molecules, while the biofilm causes the diffusion and absorption of nutrients such as nitrogen or phosphorus and oxygen. The biofilm purifier converts pollutants in exhaust gas into carbon dioxide, water, inorganic salts, minerals, etc. through the above three stages. Thus achieving the goal of odor purification.
2、 Application Description
Biological deodorization equipment is a commonly used purification device in waste gas treatment engineering. This process and equipment are suitable for the purification treatment of industrial production facilities that produce odors (foul odors) in industries such as garbage transfer stations, sewage treatment plants, spices, chemical rubber, plastics, tobacco processing, and breeding farms. The pollutants that can be treated include organic waste gases such as benzene, toluene, xylene, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, phenols, esters, tetrahydrofuran, thiols, etc. In addition, it can also be used to treat inorganic gases such as ammonia, H2S, and NOX. The suitable concentration for biofilm treatment is generally ≤ 1000mg/m3.
3、 Characteristics
1. The odor treatment effect is very good, and it can meet the strictest environmental requirements in various regions in any season.
2. High purification efficiency, generally ≥ 90%; No secondary pollution is generated.
3. Microorganisms can grow by relying on organic matter in the packing material, so restarting after shutdown is fast. Stopping on weekends or after 1-2 weeks of shutdown can immediately achieve good treatment results, and the best treatment effect can be achieved in a few hours. Stop running for 3 to 4 weeks before restarting, and restore the best processing effect within a few days.
4. The system has a large buffer capacity and can automatically adjust the concentration peak to ensure that microorganisms always work normally, with strong resistance to shock loads.
5. The system has stable performance, few vulnerable components, and simple maintenance and management.
6. The system tower has superior anti-corrosion performance, strong integrity, and is easy to transport and install; When increasing processing capacity, only components need to be added, making it easy to implement; It is also convenient for separate treatment under dispersed gas source conditions.

4、 Installation and usage instructions
1. When users install biological deodorization equipment, they need to build a concrete foundation at a height of more than 150mm above the ground, and the water pump and fan should have a separate concrete foundation as required.
2. Attention should be paid to the protection of the product during transportation and installation, and the body and components should not be damaged.
3. When the equipment leaves the factory, we will use segmented packaging and transportation according to the specific situation, and have technical personnel go to the site for installation and debugging.
4. If the biological deodorization equipment is to be used outdoors, anti freezing measures should be taken at the bottom water pool of the tower in winter.
5. There is a liquid level mark on the bottom pool of this device. Before use, be sure to inject the absorption solution according to the liquid level mark. Attention should be paid to replenishing absorbent solution during use.
6. When using, the purification tower should first turn on the circulating water pump for 2-3 minutes before starting the blower. When stopping, the blower should be stopped for 1-2 minutes before stopping the circulating water pump.
7. Regularly check the acidity depth of the liquid in the bottom water tank of the tower and the degree of gas purification at the exhaust outlet according to the usage situation. If it exceeds the standard. The absorbent in the bottom pool should be replaced.
8. Please note that users should conduct maintenance on the biological deodorization equipment once and a half to two years after use, check the filling of the disc-shaped spray pipes and fillers, and clean them.
